You can delete your Meraki Gemstones account at any time from within the app or on the website. Once signed in, go to Profile and tap or click Delete my account at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to confirm your password and acknowledge that the action is permanent.
What is deleted: your login credentials, business profile, saved billing and shipping addresses, and your shopping cart.
What is kept: past orders and their invoices are retained as sales records as required by tax law. They are no longer linked to your login once your account is removed. Any open order will still be fulfilled. Records in our support system are managed there independently and are not affected by account deletion.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you later wish to place orders, you would need to register as a new customer.
Unable to log in? If you can no longer access your account and need to request deletion by email, please contact us at sales.merakigemstones@gmail.com with the email address associated with your account and we will process the request within a reasonable timeframe.
